Devon Country B&B suite with private lounge

We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

Luxury bnb with countryside views, Dartmoor walks

Our eco-friendly award winning contemporary home is a superb base to stay on Dartmoor with stunning views & great walks all around. A full English breakfast is included, many choices to choose from. Except on show days when cereal & toast are provided We have two double bedrooms with a private bathroom, which are downstairs in a separate wing. If one room is booked the second will remain empty. 2 acres of gardens dedicated to wildlife & plenty of outdoor seating & free parking We live on site

Entire house, big garden, fab walks & pet friendly

Very well located especially if you like to walk! Situated a 1 mile away from two gorgeous beaches, the Jurassic coast path & halfway between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. This very relaxed atmosphere is somewhere to rest your head and relax. If you are happy with a comfortable bed without the fancy frills this is the place for you! Self catering required. However, there is a friendly pub opposite which does food and drinks. Plenty of local places to eat and drink or various takeout options.

🏠 Private self-contained GROUND FLOOR ensuite bedroom in our house. Access via private main side door. Self check-in via lockbox key access. All recently refurbished. Guests have the whole place to themselves. This includes a bedroom, a bathroom and tea/coffee/toaster/fridge area. ☕️ Dishes and cutlery provided to make a cuppa, breakfast and snacks . Smart TV, Fridge, kettle, toaster & hairdryer provided 🚗 Parking for a medium sized car in marked space- as long as no oil leaks.

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

Clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, quiet double room with your own en-suite with shower/bath, sink and toilet. Window looks over the peaceful and attractive back garden. Parking is in front of the house garage though not always guaranteed. Alternate parking on the main road before you get into the Close, which is a safe and quiet area. Light breakfast of cereal/toast included. There is a new TV in the room which also offers access to Netflix and YouTube.

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room.
