Luxury sunny private garden apartment with terrace

Great for dogs!! Compact studio apartment but with a large private terrace and access to the main garden. On the side of our holiday house we have a delightful small private apartment with two entrances and full sun. The area is great for hiking, biking and as a base. Dual car parking and space for keeping skis or bikes under shelter. It's ideal for two people with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Direct train to Munich. We offer a good discount for longer stays.

The nearest bus stop as well as a very good Tyrolean tavern can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful nature lakes and cycling trails can be found in the immediate vicinity. The ski world "Wilder Kaiser" is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via its own, separate entrance.

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).
