Country house located on the beach, between Tavernes and Xeraco, built in the 20th century and newly renovated. The house is 70 mt and has a plot with a private swimming pool. Features everything you need for a holiday. It has a kitchen with all the utensils, a microwave, a washing machine and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a fireplace (we provide firewood), a room with a 1.50 mt bed and another space with a paraban, where we have a bunk bed, ideal for another couple or children.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Spectacular beachfront apartment. We are located on the first beach line in Tavernes de la Valldigna. Fully renovated 100m2 apartment, with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days of rest and tranquility with family and friends. The most spectacular thing is undoubtedly the sunrises on the terrace while drinking coffee or walking on the beach. Definitely a unique and reasonably priced experience! Our apartment has a perfect location. It is situated in Gandia beach. We have a beautiful terrace with umbrella and canopy. neww...If you have Netflix or HBO you can watch it. Near from the apartment is full of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, etc. We appreciate puntuability and respect to our rules , smoking is not allowed.
