No cleaning fees. Our place is very close to Abel Tasman National Park. Incredible views, Best beaches in NZ. Mountain bike tracks and road trails. Cafes and wineries, Huge Super king bed , Queen bed and two single beds for children or other guests. All with lovely linen all made up. Incredible views , free wifi , huge pool ,hottubs and sauna. Huge Oled smart 65 inch TV. Very modern kitchen with all the best appliances. Big front loading washing machine and drier. BBQ. Free fast fibre wifi.

Great place for entertaining guests with a generous living area opening onto one of the two outside patios. Very quiet and secure residence. Restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. The beach is also in close proximity. Perfect base for exploring all the activities the region has to offer.

Sunny indoor outdoor living with 2 large decks, pool and spa. Close proximity to Richmond's many Restaurants. A fun family home with lots of space to relax. 2 minutes ride from Richmond Hills Bike Park and walking tracks 5 minutes ride from Silvan Bike Park and entrance to Tasman Great Taste trail. No cleaning fee for one and two night stays, so please leave tidy. PlEASE BE ADVISED. The pool is unavailable until the 30th of April. The house and spa still are.
