Entry into the apartment is via your own front door with an outside lock-box holding the key. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms, both with wardrobes for storage. This recently redecorated two bedroom apartment is 3-4 minutes walk to the magnificent Pukekura Park, and 1-2 minutes walk to shops and takeaways. 1km to CBD and 1.5km to coastal walkway. Down a short right-of-way, with no road noise, this apartment would suit a couple or two individuals. Sorry but this apartment is not suitable for small children. You will love this location and the private section. No cleaning charge.

Fully self contained flat with separate bedroom in idyllic setting with private bush outlook. Great holiday location, only 900 to central city shops and cafes and most importantly less than 10 minutes easy walk to Pukekura park, Bowl of Brooklands, TSB stadium and race course. Great for couples who want to enjoy some peace or people who need somewhere to stay for business.

Fitzroy Beach View

Our place is great for couples, friends, solo adventurers, and travellers. We live close to the coastal walkway and have views of the sea, city and occasionally our mountain. Your bedrooms and living space are upstairs above the living part of our home, and comes with its own entrance. Because of the stairs it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
