Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.

For this short or longer stay, a lovely lovingly renovated wooden house with a vibe and a cozy vibe. Peaceful apartment with free parking spaces, still well-connected from all directions and a walk to the center. Onnibus stop a few hundred meters away and walk to the arena for less than 2km. If you're terrified of climbing a loft,then a futon sofa can also be spread out underneath,which can also be prepared upon request.
