Beautiful View

On a quiet residential street, overlooking the pretty market town of Ashbourne. Situated on the edge of the Peak District, there is a footpath at the back of the house leading to Dovedale, yet just a few minutes walk from the house you are in the centre of Ashbourne. The house was recently renovated to a high standard, with a well equipped kitchen, a modern upstairs bathroom, comfy beds and a wood burning stove. Off road parking, attractive front and rear gardens with a nice patio area.

Luxury Stays at Silverwood House

This 4 bedroom holiday home. The downstairs is tiled water fed underfloor heating with marble look tiles, free off road parking for at least 3 cars, or for workmen 2 extra large vans on the drive, spacious garden with play area, patio and garden room to 55 inch tv and stylish new kitchen. The rear garden is safe and secure for pets, we don't envisage any dogs being able to escape, although if they do, we hold no responsibility for this and recommend pets are supervised at all times.

Beautiful large designer town house set in a tranquil location on a private road with 15 dwellings. Situated next to the River Trent, with lovely walks to other villages. As you enter the village you will pass thatched cottages that date back to 1707, St Mary's church at the bottom of our private road is mentioned in the doomsday book.
