Supermarkets, buses, and subways. Very lighted by natural light throughout the house. Penthouse terrace with barbecue and modular outdoor sofa with cushions The house is located in a quiet area. 30 minutes from the center by public transport, and 15 minutes by car or taxi. Very spacious work desk, tv and Internet. Ask anything!!

BONITO GARDEN 🪴 It has two small bedrooms. One is a LOW-RISE ALTOLLO. It is not possible to stand. You have to climb with an anchored staircase. The quirkiness is that the walls aren't all the way upstairs. So acoustic and visual insulation is not possible from one to the other. It has 2 patios.
