After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! Gated, Private Entrance, Security door, Walk-in Closet, Tile/Glass Shower Surround. Small Patio area with extra seating. BBQ, Pool Upon Request, Bicycles upon Request. Ocassionally. We mostly leave it up to our guests. Ask the hosts to provide bicycles and then head for the bike path in nearby Conocido Park. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

The home is just minutes from Spring Training stadiums in Peoria and Surprise. Large golf courses surround the area, and for hikers we’ll provide a list of AZ’s best in the area! We have 3 spacious bedrooms and a large open floor-plan ideal for families. Plus we have a hot-tub out back!

This is a wonderful three bedroom and two bathroom home. This home was just completely remodeled. All appliances are brand new. The tile floors look like wood. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. Queen size in the other bedrooms. The couch opens to a queen size bed. The mattress on the couch bed is foam and really comfortable. Large bathrooms, two car garage, and the space is all yours. No sharing. Home is near popular freeways and attractions. It is a home away from home.
