Relax with the family at this peaceful place with GORGEOUS sunsets. When we say family, we mean pets & horses as well! We have 12 stables, 7 paddocks. Fenced yard & in ground pool. 5 fireplaces & heart pine floors. 3 living/family rooms. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The 4 car garage was also the site of building race cars for the DuPonts. Pear Tree Farm offers the best in country quaintness.

Bring the whole family! We hope you feel right at home in this cozy 2300 sq ft craftsman bungalow from 1920! Hardwood floors throughout, tall ceilings, designer fixtures, and anything you could think to need, plus a heated pool! The house is divided by a gorgeous long hallways that leads from the front door to the back door. Bedrooms on one side of the house and shared living space on the other. Both bathrooms are Jack and Jill style and both are tub/shower. Pets welcome. No pet fee.
