It is 10 minutes to Sauda city center with all amenities including swimming pool and shops. Svandalen offers spectacular hiking areas and is the starting point for experiences in the mountains in both summer and winter.

It's nice to live here to either want a few quiet days or you're looking for experiences. Here you will find great marked hiking trails ( both light and the slightly more demanding).Offy beach only 600 m away. Otherwise it is 4.5 km to the grocery store, a museum stun and the salmon river, Hålandselva. National tourist road, Ryfylke, goes through Erfjord via Erfjord bridge

Peaceful apartment (approx. 55m2) in the village of Suldal. Here it is rural and far from city life Read the info about the place! Please note that there is no kitchen!! Skitrekk with possibility of cross country skiing and slålom in Svandalen and Gullingen (45 min drive). New swimming facility at Sand, Suldal Bad (about 30 min drive). BBQ in the garden. Large and good bathroom. This is country life. Light the fireplace and play a game at night. Possible rent wood-fired sauna

Relax with your family in this peaceful place. Quiet and quiet with fantastic sun conditions. Only 20 minutes from Sauda. It is a 2 minute walk down to the sea with several swimming and fishing spots. Amazing hiking areas right nearby. About 35 minute drive to the alpine center in Sauda. Here is a driveable road all the way and good parking opportunities. Wood-fired hot tub. Fire pit. Running water, electricity and sewage.

Cozy apartment close to Sand city centre. Stunning fjord and mountain views, great hiking area in both winter and summer time. Located great for day trips to Stavanger and the Pulpit Rock. The apartment is best suited for 2 or 3 people, but can accommodate 4 for a short stay. It may still be possible that the hot water does not meet four people, but then it is possible to use the bathroom for the host upon agreement.
