Vacation home - PLOT

Live close to nature at the foot of Hohenzollern Castle and the Swabian Alb. Natural wood, reserved colours, a splash of design. Welcome to the apartment PLOT in Boll near Hechingen. The bright, quietly located, very cozily furnished apartment is located on the first floor and has a very large covered balcony. The open-plan living and dining area with kitchen and bathroom offers space for 2 people on 40 sqm. The sleeping area and the study are located under the roof.

Basement Suite

A spacious apartment on the ground floor awaits you. Very quiet location near S-Bahn (10 min walk). From here you can reach Stuttgart city centre, the exhibition grounds and the airport. The apartment consists of a bright living room and bedroom with double bed, couch and a TV. It has a small kitchen in the entrance area and a private bathroom. From the living room you come to your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in 90sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and fencelessly directly into the nature reserve Schönbuch. Please note: access is via the metal stairs (see photos), no barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
