You can rent our with a lot of attention to detail newly renovated and high-quality apartment in a prime location! From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the mountain Kramer as well as the beautiful Loisach which lies directly at your feet. It's just a few steps to the center of Garmisch. The apartment is very quiet, the perfect place to unwind. And yet you're right in the middle of it! Shops, bakery, restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Train station about 10 min. walk to the apartment. The apartment has been renovated by us with much love. It can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for small families, as well as a couple. Baby cot and baby chair is available as well as washing machine.(everything is new) The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. The associated underground car park and drying room is also located in the house. Right in front of the house flows a very beautiful stream (Leusach) , where you can relax nicely. The apartment is located on the ground floor, the house has only three stairs which is quite convenient for families with children as well as for older guests. The municipality charges a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per day. For this, the guest receives a ticket for a free local bus, as well as discounts for swimming pool, Partnachklam, museum, etc.

Well equipped apartment in the heart of the city. The 40m2 flat is situated in a historic building and most of Innsbruck's sights are in walking distance. As part of the tourism region Innsbruck, we are able to offer you the Welcome Card. The apartment is cosy, welcoming and charming. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wooden high plateau, which hosts an extra double bed in a cosy atmosphere thanks to the low ceiling. Wifi and a TV with Netflix is also provided for cosy evenings.

This 34m² apartment is situated in the heart of Innsbruck and supplies all basic needs incl. guest tablet. It lies on the second floor and is freshly renovated. Many main attractions (old town, Golden Roof, theatre, Congress, christmas market, cable car to the mountain, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are in 5 minute walking-distance. A big shopping mall (Kaufhaus Tyrol) and the railway station are a 10 minute walk. No need for a car but parking garage under the house max 15€/24h

Newly renovated Kitchen and full bathroom with bath. Free street parking in front of the house. Balcony with fantastic views of both the Alpspitz and Wetterstein mountain ranges. The Hausberg ski lifts are only 2 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by foot and downtown Garmisch also only a couple of minutes away.
