There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The apartment is located separately with own entrance. The furnishings with a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, household utensils and a smaller sink and fridge. Smart and efficiently planned surface. In the house there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Relax in this unique and quiet home located only 15 min from Östersund and 25 min from Åre/Östersund airport. 1h drive to Åre or Bydalen. The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Bedlinen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Wood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our log house is situated right on a lake shore near the village of Ytterån. From here it is 35 km to the pretty centre of Östersund and 65 km to the fjäll and the skiing destination Åre. The cabin lies at the edge of a little farm where we live with our kids, three sled dogs, two cats and chickens. Your accommodation is a very warm, bright and inviting modern log house. The 85m2 offer large panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Lakeside cottage

Relax with family in this charming cottage, situated in a quiet and secluded area with stunning views and private grounds. Only 100 meters from the lake with jetty and barbecue area, it is an ideal place to relax. There is a small boat with engine and oars available on request . Also two kayaks if required . Åre is located 1.5 hours away and Vemdalen as well as Bydalsfjällen in one hour, which provides easy access to fantastic excursions all year round. Pets are welcome! Dog farm is available.
