Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster ,a kettle,a Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all things everyday. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. As a small "highlight", a small bay window with a cozy armchair invites,from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Breinig is a district of the copper city of Stolberg. Location is ideal if you want to live family and quiet at the same time. The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but due to the large windows is very bright and welcoming. The apartment has a separate entrance with small courtyard, which can of course be used with. To enjoy the evening sun, a garden table and 4 chairs are available. Children are welcome.
