The cottage is small but charming and has a sunny lilac arbor and a romantic glazed pavilion to use. The cottage is a guesthouse on our garden, but detached from the main house. The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different bathing areas and scenic areas. At the cottage there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

With us at Blänkebo Gård you will be staying in the countryside in Sweden's Nearest town with proximity to a lot, but it is also great to just relax. The cottage is newly renovated but with preserved older charm and there is both underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove during the cold season. Outdoors, there's plenty of room for play and movement.
