Around the whole house is the large terrace. Below is a cozy path (50m) to the private dock for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowboat and try your luck at fishing or borrow our two sup's. Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
