Elevated above the Manuherikia river our spacious, warm and stylish ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, walking tracks and fishing. With dramatic schist rock faces and river views. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motor Park and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Separate quest suite, bedroom/lounge with ensuite

Relaxing rooms, private entrance, comfortable queen bed, alongside a lounge area and private bathroom. The rooms are attached to the main house. "Little Pos" our tabby cat lives on the property. She does not have access to your rooms. Note that cooking facilities are not available in the quest suite. Your private lounge is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and a small fridge for your convenience. Near the rail trail, close to cafes and supermarkets. No bikes inside rooms.

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This stylish house with a fabulous new kitchen and comfy beds is set in a beautiful private yard with lovely trees and garden with large deck and plenty of outdoor living. It's the perfect place to rest and relax. The house has everything you will need and is only a 7 or 8 minute walk from Clyde's gorgeous main street with lovely cafes and restaurants, shops and the bike hire/ rail trail businesses. Easy drives to Alexandra, Wanaka & Cromwell.

Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

We are situated only 5 minutes by bike to the beginning of the Central Otago Rail track and only a few minutes walk into the historic township of Clyde. A private apartment with its own entrance attached to the main house. Private parking space and secure storage for bicycles, if needed. The apartment has a relaxing area with wifi, television including Netflix attached to a kitchenette with crockery, utensils, toaster, fridge and a microwave for heating pre-prepared food. There are no cooking facilities. A separate sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed and ensuite. A friendly cat lives in the main house.
