Walk to the private jetty at the bottom of the garden for a swim or a fish. Situated below the main home this is a very private location. TV's with chrome cast in each room. Taupo is 40 min. away.

This is a perfect spot to explore mountain biking at Cougar Park or the Waikato River Trails and your host can provide details and advice on both of these. Plenty of off-road parking is available and the house is on a back section well away from the road.

Large one bedroom guesthouse on 5 acres with over 300 camellia trees and established gardens located a few minutes south of Tokoroa township. 35 minute drive to Rotorua, 50 minutes to Taupo or Cambridge. A central Waikato location. Animals on the property include a couple of cows, a small flock of sheep (lambs in spring) and small dog.
