Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. The home is set up specifically for Air B&B. It has all new bedding, mattresses, blinds, granite counters, paint, USB plug in lamps, and more. I have help locally. If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Nice cozy cabin with a front porch water view of beautiful lake Sam Rayburn, screened in back porch. Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Living room has two futon couches that make into full size beds with storage ottoman’s that have the linens and pillows in them. Golf course and Rayburn Resort two mile away. Rayburn Resort Marina, four miles away. Three boat ramps including Umphrey Pavilion within 5 miles. 5 restaurants within 5 miles. Very nice neighborhood
