We are two retired people who love to work in the garden. We are renting out an apartment in our home. We've been doing rentals for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located on the right side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping centre, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and grocery in the immediate vicinity. About 100 yards to bus stop that takes you into the centre.

Parking is close to the house, and the apartment is located in a very peaceful zone. Her nyter du noen dager på landsbygda, kun 10 mil (100km) fra Trondheim. Mange fine turmuligheter, utleie av kano, butikk og pub kort vei fra hytta. Bilvei hele veien fram. Du kan og benytte muligheten med båt med motor under oppholdet. Båten ligger på fast plass i småbåthavn, men den tas opp på vinteren.

Lovely space located by itself by the beach. perfect area for recreation. nice hiking areas nearby, but at the same time short distance to the city center (500) with all of the offers one might need. lightning fast internet through fiber. (100/100mb) bed linen and towels are brought by guests.
