Peaceful-rural-near sea- for 2 -no stairs

Welkom in het meest zuidelijke deel van Zeeland, dicht bij de Belgische grens. Dit appartement is gelegen in een voormalige boerenschuur. Het heeft een terras en uitzicht op de tuin. Er is een hal met toilet, open keuken, woonkamer, badkamer met douche en een slaapkamer met 1 bed (200x180). De prachtige zandstranden liggen op ongeveer 10 km afstand en Oostburg voor uw dagelijkse boodschappen en restaurants ligt op slechts enkele minuten per auto. Geweldige omgeving om te wandelen en fietsen.

Cozy and renewed holiday cottage by the sea

Geniet met je familie van deze vakantiewoning dichtbij strand en centrum. Goede verbinding met openbaar vervoer (op 5 min van tram, op 7 min van bus) en ideaal voor wandelingen in de natuur, bezoek aan Plopsaland,.. Het huisje is gericht naar het oosten dus koel en aangenaam in de zomer. Wel rekening houden met enkele trappen bij binnenkomen woning. Parking is voorzien onder het huis (voor een kleinere auto). Mogelijkheid om te parkeren op straat ofwel gratis op 5min wandelen van het huisje.

The sea spark offers a completely renovated, cozy and luxurious holiday home in Serooskerke with free WiFi and TV. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, bathroom and a large double bed. Outside there is a canopy with a nice terrace and near the house you can safely park your car. Serooskerke is a cozy village with all amenities within walking distance. A supermarket, swimming pool, tennis court, Chinese/snack bar and Molen de Jonge Johannes for a nice snack or drink.

The Carabane is a tiny house on wheels. Built by our own hands, it found a place behind our barn, among oaks and willows. Tiny, yes, but it's got all you need. Soft bedding to rest your thoughts. A kitchen for all things tasty. A view of the fields. A woodstove to warm your heart and hands. A library with the essence. And the odd nightingale for a soundtrack. The Carabane was built as a writer's den, but offers a place to whoever needs the simplicity of 21m2 and a view.

At walking distance, you have a busstop that takes you directly to the city Center (2,5km). There is a parking garage for one medium car and free parking spaces around the house.
