Beautiful fisherman's house with sea view and 60m from beach

Charming fisherman's house in the cozy Bisserup with great ocean views towards the beach to the south and towards the harbor with the most beautiful sunsets. Perfect for families with children. The house is similar in 2nd row to water - you just have to down a small path. The house is 110 sqm with three bedrooms. The house has a large secluded garden, and is therefore very quiet even if you live in the cozy harbor. Right by the natural playground, tennis court, multi court, and forest. Perfect all year for a weekend by the sea in driving distance from Copenhagen.

New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Hear the water shower and watch the sun set over the treetops. Here you have 80 meters to the water's edge and 200 meters to the forest. It calls for morning baths in the waves and picnics with the kids. The house is aimed at both those who appreciate a well-appointed and cozy setting - and to the family with children. Two bedrooms, one with bunk bed for children or adults under 175 cm. And a double bedroom (180 cm) and a crib. Including an uninsulated annex from Easter to autumn holidays. The house situated towards south-west on the oceanfront / beachfront including 2 acres of land with own heliport and harbour 400 meters away, 200 meter walk to the beach. Highspeed internet Nearby Skælskør is a beautiful old town with nice restaurants etc. This house is the perfect setup for the large family, two family vacation or just a couple that whant space and solitude. A place for a yoga retreat and it also includes a sauna upon request.

(Will follow in English) Fantastisk charmerende sommerhus, med eminent beliggenhed! Følelsen af at stå på dækket af et skib, da havet og skøn strand er 4 meter nede for huset. Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er både sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores ældre, men skønne sommerhus.

Fantastic beachouse

Beachhouse directly on the beach, 10 meters from the sea. 84,5 sqm. You will love the view! Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
