Our new renovated 85 square meter cottage is charming and welcoming, surrounded with beautiful Icelandic nature. The cottage is located at the top of the slope with a mountain, lake and woodland view. Direct access for nice hiking or romantic walk to the salmon river and the lake. It is close to many attractive destinations worth to visit. All beds are brand new and comfortable and heat in all floors. We wish our guests to feel like home and enjoy what the cottage and neigbourhood has to offer.

Welcome to our family holiday home. 88m2 cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8-9 people (incl. 1 on the sofa) with 3 bedrooms plus a loft bedroom. It is nestled between Skorradalsvatn lake, mountains, and small birch trees. About a 1 hour drive to Reykjavík. Just under 20 minutes drive to Borgarnes. It comes well-equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. In addition, there is a hot tub with jets, perfect for watching the northern lights. HG-00015544

You are invited to stay at Birkiholt cottage, a small family owned cosy cabin, only 45 min drive from RVK. A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing views of the horizon during the summer and you might see the northern lights during the winter. It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.
