Cozy apartment close to the city center, with nice sun terrace and possibility to barbecue. Exceptionally nice apartment near beach about 10 min walk, cozy harbor environment 5 min walk, city center 5 min walk, beautiful good cycling routes on the archipelago path. Incidentally, experience Egeskov Castle, Svendborg city, sea kayak in the South Funen archipelago, horseback riding on Svanninge hills, MTB in the “backyard” and a sea of hikes. In addition, the opportunity to enjoy Svendborg's large selection of restaurants and cafes and shopping.

Beautiful house close to beach and nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, close to the beach and small cozy harbor with fishing boats and life. The house is renovated in 2023/2024 with consideration of the old house from 1914. There's a brand new kitchen, and every room has been brought up to contemporary standards-with warmth and charm in every room. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities as well as an extended arsenal of coffee equipment, grinder, and coffee beans from roasting in Copenhagen for free. Feel free to use the kitchen, and preferably with care.

Lovely apartment in a rural setting

NOTE THE MUNICIPALITY HAS CONSTRUCTION OF AUTISTIC INSTITUTION ACROSS FROM SO RISK OF BUILDING NOISE - UPDATE 27/10 - CONSTRUCTION IS JUST NOW MOST AT THE OTHER END OF THE SQUARE BUT DELIVERIES ETC. THAT CAN MAKE A LITTLE NOISE. Just outside Fangel is this lovely old property with a stylish apartment. Enjoy an overnight stay in the countryside - car is a necessity - about 4 km to the nearest shopping option. You can easily get to Odense city center - 10-12 km and the rest of Funen, as the highway exit Odense S is close to about 7-8min.

There is a private terrace, possibility of use of fire pit, barbecue, access to simple kitchen facilities and extra bedding. The annex is an extension of our house, and some days we will be home. Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. Enjoy the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located home. Small but well is the motto of the renovated old laundry house, which is close to the beach, forest and town.
