It is 25 square meters and has 4 beds in two bunk beds. The area is known except for its climbing mountains with a bouldering facility nearby for its salty baths. Many famous excursions nearby such as Havets Hus, Stångehuvud, Nordens Ark and Smögen. No dishwasher, washing machine and freezer.

On the plot there are cliffs, lawn with access to trampoline (spring and summer) pond with goldfish and three patios, one of which is high-situated overlooking the horizon. Close to lovely swimming on the rocks on the badholmen or by the beach in Linneviken.

There are no safety features for children, the back terrace is not fully fenced, there is no ramp for wheel chairs, there is a risk for accidents.
