The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilltop landscapes. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Single-family house in Simrislund on a calm street. Fully furnished. 2 beds in double bed in bedroom. 2 single beds in the guest room. Outdoor drying wind and a drying rack are indoors. There are outdoor spaces with three walls furnished with seating with tables and a daybed. Raised garden that is protected,gas grill is available. distance 50m playground ,400msea, 500m railway station ,700m Willys and approx. 1km city center. It is not allowed to charge an electric car due to the safety risk.

Enjoy beautiful Österlen and stay in the tranquil neighbourhood of Rörums strand. Fill your days visiting bustling nearby villages, enjoying great restaurants, numerous art studios, sandy local beaches (unfortunately, Knäbäckshusen beach is closed for 2024 due to storm damage) and the forested hills of adjacent Stenshuvud National Park where you overlook the sea, apple farms and meadows. Relax in this peaceful, child-friendly accommodation. The house is located in the small village, Gladsax, within walking distance to the popular and idyllic Gustafs in Österlen with Neapolitan pizza. The house is winterized with great heating so even on the coldest weeks during winter, this house is warm and cozy. Also a perfect house for a so called ”coolcation” Here you will be neighbors with cows, chickens and sometimes sheeps.
