Charlotte's House is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in the Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The gite is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, sauna, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

My accommodation is close to La Loupe (8 km) and Bretoncelles (8 km) and about 1 hr 40 min from Paris. You'll love this house because of the outdoors spaces. This restored farmhouse of about 180 m2, located in a small quiet hamlet is available for a pleasant stay in the Perche with family or friends. Pets are allowed and it is possible to bring your horse... My place is good for families (with children) and large groups.
