With an impressive view, this beautiful apartment is located on a small hill directly at the foot of the wellness hotel Schloss Pichlarn. The apartment has been owned by our family for 25 years. Unfortunately, it is empty most of the year and we have now decided to give other people a great holiday in beautiful Irdning. Discover one of our brand new 53 meters tiny houses with spacious terrace and private garden. Our houses are located in a sunny and quiet location at the foot of the Gmundnerberg. Hiking trails start right outside the front door and it is a short walk to the lake. Skiing is just a few minutes by car. Our tiny houses are located on a private road that provides rest and relaxation.

The Garden apartment features a bedroom with a bed, shower and basin and a big room with kitchen, dining table and reading chair. The toilet is outside the apartment in the anteroom and is shared with the apartment opposite. The price includes the tourist tax of EUR 3.50 per person/per night which is normally charged separately in other accommodations.
