Forget your worries with nature in this spacious and serene place. It is isolated from the city life and enjoy the silence. It is a highland house surrounded by quiet vineyards and cherry trees. Wake up to the sound of a rooster in the morning, birds chirping. Enjoy great nature. Wi-Fi is available. There are breakfasts in our refrigerator, you can prepare your breakfast as in your home and enjoy it. It is our breakfast. Don't forget to wash the dishes😊 If you get cold in the evening, you can burn your kitchen stove and enjoy it.

With its magnificent view of Izmir and its big terrace…

the whole house and terrace are just for you. There are plenty of items that should be in a house. And of course, 40mt^2 has a terrace overlooking the bay of Izmir. the house is 15 minutes away from the city center(mansion) by car. If you do not have a car, you can get down to public transportation (izban, bus,minibus) for 10-15 minutes on foot or take a taxi from the street of the house. Since it is an old settlement with flags, some streets have slopes or stairs. Our apartment is registered to the tourism ministry.

Izmir bay view in the dap structure twin towers. It's also a pool view. Gym and Pool use is possible. There is Outdoor and Covered Parking. The apartment is also equipped with everything you need. It is located next to Ataturk Stadium. It is 5 minutes by car to the Stadium Metro station and 15 minutes on foot. I speak English-German-Russian-Farsi and Arabic. Those who are foreign to the city of Izmir can ask questions without hesitation.
