In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment that contains a double bed for two people, but can be added to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in the lush pastures in summer. A riding area is also available. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby: bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Reitverein/- in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of North - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why it is recommended to arrive by car. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Ideal for couples!The house on the dyke is located directly on the beautiful Weser beach opposite "Harưand" the longest river island in Europe. This can be easily reached by a personal ferry in summer. The surrounding area invites you to stroll,bike tours ,kayak tours and swimming. 120 modern, magnificent sqm on the North Sea

Aloa your holiday tyre, please read the description carefully. Most of the questions are answered on their own. Also all kinds of misunderstandings. If I have to read again that the accommodation is very outside or it is "just an apartment" and not a whole house, then I have to cry. The apartment is 120sqm and can accommodate 8 adults and a baby. Per day you pay four (plus baby) 99 euros. Each additional person costs 15 euros. A holiday snapper!

In the countryside surrounded by pastures with grazing cows is our 2018 renovated holiday home, which was once a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and playground is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged friends.

Our historic property consists of a 120 year old schoolhouse and a 100 year old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like plot. In the old school house, the cottage Old School stretches over 2 levels with a living area of about 140 sqm.
