Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

Urlaub in der Seedatsche „Vierwasser“: den Strand vor der Nase, die Terrasse auf der Sonnenseite und alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt. 100 meters to the swimming lake ,tranquility for the soul. My house is located in a nature reserve in the forest . Here everything is far away and there are animals ( mosquito, wasp , fox, etc.) It is nature so there are leaves and pollen . Peace , relaxation and nature . Depreciation for cleanliness , price/performance,and location is never warranted. Because I write in my description exactly where you live and what I offer you.

Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.
