The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Bright STUDIO, 50 meters from the entrance to the old town of Sauze, 300 from the town center and 30 meters from the shuttle that takes you to the ski lifts. It is also possible (when snowy enough) to start skiing from home, in front of the garage there is a shortcut, with a short off-piste (150 meters), which leads to the Gran Pista and from there down to the Jovenceaux ski lift from which it is possible to make the sky-pass and go up wherever you like.

Delizioso apartamento in uno chalet che si trova all’arrivo della seggiovia Clotes, sopra Sauze d’Oulx a 1800mt. In un pianoro molto bello dove si trovano bar e ristorantii e dove alcune scuole sci si radunano prima della partenza. . Da qui parte la seggiovia principale per arrivare in cima alle montagne. Un punto di partenza fantastico per le vs avventure sul comprensorio di 400 km della Via Lattea fino a Montgenevre in Francia.

Everything is there but you have to go: Attention access: Narrow mountain road in 4km land accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new vehicles and/or low checkout. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, allow 45 minutes maximum. Four holes of golf (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
