Magnificent view, really foot in the sand!!!!

The apartment is really a foot in the sand with a magnificent view of the garden and the SEA. Distance of approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We have been renting the apt for more than 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families staying with us. Maximum Airbnb Assessment! In the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting hosts. We have contracts with laundry, air conditioning company and a person of the "Do Everything" type that is available 24 hours. Cleaning and' excellent staff, are with us from the beginning.

Apartment near the beach

My space is very well located, close to the beach (150 meters). The apartment is very nice and complete, good for couples and families with up to 2 children. There is free wifi, free beach service (chairs, table and sunshade. We don't offer bedding or shower towels, or hygene products (toilet paper, soap...). However, there is a market near the condominium.
