Apartment on the beach in the best zone of Mar del Plata with a great ocean view from all environments, fully equipped. The apartment has two LED TVs (one SmartTV). Cable and Wifi. New tableware. In the living room there are two armchairs that make a toddler bed. Building has a pool in summer and a gym. Located in front of Playa Varese and a few blocks from Playa Grande. It has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi) and an extra toilette. An indoor parking spot is included. Its location is perfect; just in front of the beach.
