Bright, sunny and recently renovated apartment in a great complex with great outdoor spaces. This 1-bedroom apartment is fully equiped and has two great terraces with pool view, where you can sit and relax the whole day! The complex has everything you need: Pool with lifeguard, pool bar, restaurant, ping pong table, pool table and amazing gardens :) There is also a mini market at the opposite side, as well as a car rental. Airport is 10-min by car and the beach and restaurants are a 10-min walk.

It has a front garden and a rear terrace with BBQ, outdoor shower and armchairs to relax in the sun. There are two restaurants in the urbanization. The only rule is that our guests treat the house as their own. Being a quiet residential area parties and loud music are not allowed.
