Spacious apartment with view of the Lake, Mountains, and Koi Pond. Located within a few blocks (easy walking) of Ajijic’s many amenities. Secure, designated parking within estate walls. Estate tennis/pickle ball court, HEATED pool & gardens for guests to enjoy. Full kitchen with an outdoor patio grill, pizza oven. Justo is a REALTOR and can answer any questions about Real Estate. Pets are allowed in Casa Coco although it doesn’t not have suitable outdoor space. We do have a private dog park

This colorful one-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment is brand new, just a five-minute walk to the plaza, the best restaurants and shopping. Catch the sunset every night on the nearby malecon. You never need a car. The apartment is one dramatically-lit flight up from the private entrance on the street. The staircase is beautiful but long. Appliances, furniture are new. Floor plan is very open and full of natural sunlight. There is a terrace and a mirador (another flight up) with spectacular views.
