Hyper bien placé, à deux pas du parc Charruyer pour s'y promener ou faire un footing, de la place de Verdun pour les bus, à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, du marché,de la plage de la Concurrence et du port. Appartement plein de charme ayant un certain chic, fonctionnel et bien équipé( lave vaisselle) pour se faire de bons petits plats. Il est très lumineux bien que frais . Wifi.
