Saari Lokonen - private island & log cabin

It´s always Sunday on the island! Saari Lokonen is a calm private island in the middle of Finland (near Etelä-Konnevesi national park). Rowing boat, two kayaks and a canoe available for free during the vacation. The car must be left on the mainland. Rowing distance to the island 300m Honka cottage built in 1997. Cheerful Cabin in the Woods with Fireplace & Sauna

Spend your vacation with friends and family, or a romantic weekend with your loved one by the fireplace, surrounded by beautiful wildlife. A small and cozy house in the forest is waiting for you. There is a sauna, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a sofa on the ground floor (accomodates 2 people ), a double bed and a single bed on the first floor, linen is available, wi-fi. The nearest lake is a 13-minute walk through the forest along a beautiful path.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Small and cozy Ilves cabin with wood heated sauna stands on the territory of the holiday village Fish & Fun. Freshly renovated in beginning of May 2022. There are 9 more cabins and cottages around. The nearest cabin is in few meters from Ilves cabin. The cabin stands on the upper part of the village territory, which is pretty close to the main road. Ilves consists of kitchenette with dining area, bathroom with toilet and shower, living room and bedroom.

Real Finnish cottage with sauna

Traditional Finnish cottage right next to lake. In this cottage you can fish, pick berries and relax in middle of nature. The yard is everywhere in the cottage, so you can spend your time in the sun from morning to night. There is three cottages: - main cottage (bedroom, kitchen&common area, 2 terraces) - sauna (bedroom and terrace) - extra cottage (bedroom). Guests have also rowing boat to use.

Ski/Bike Cottage near the Lake

In summer there is a lake and bike paths, in winter there is alpine skiing! The cottage is located 100 meters from the Laskettelukeskus Friski ski resort. The nearest supermarket, gas station and other shops are in the center of Ruokolahti, 5 km away. The city of Imatra is 15 km away. A year round destination, cosy cottage to enjoy and relax. There is also a hot tub at the backyard terrace, available for some extra cost.
