Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

Dream apartment in prime Location!

If you are going to spend a few days in Weimar, you will love this big and bright apartment. The windows look out to the south. The whole apartment is fresh, maintained and well equipped only for you and your family or friends. You can feel like home. For arriving by car there is good parking in front of the house and the city center can be reached within a five minute walk. The neighboring house was once the home of the painter Alfred Ahner. The most popular bar „Zum Falken“ in Weimar ist very close. There are good bands and other events organized by students. It's a lively scene. When you enter the apartment, you can enjoy and feel well. You will love the high quality sound system or play on the piano. Put you clothes in the chest of drawer or use the hallway as a walk-in wardrobe. There are also many board games. The well equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. Everything important is present and there is a large selection of spices. Do you like coffe or tea - no problem, it's all inklusive. In the white and bright bathroom are fresh bath towels and soap. Our little apartments in the middle of the old town were only recently finished, they have their own little kitchen, newly made bathrooms and a great bedroom. The location is perfect for a wonderful walk downtown. The hallway still needs a little attention "So if you sleep freely according to the motto, yes, does not live in the hallway", you can book a great room for a good price in the middle of Erfurt.
