There is a terrace at the bottom of the garden and south facing patio. There is a short distance to the beach, harbor, marina, swimming pool and charming center with shopping and cozy eateries. HC Andersen Golf and the beach meadows at Gyldensteen are only a few kilometers away and there are good trails along Bybækken and in the forest. Odense C can be reached in 35 minutes by bus

There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there are sea views. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire place. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy Swedish style wooden house with a covered terrace. The house is secluded with a large garden out to the fields. Here is ample opportunity to relax for the adults and play for the kids. The location is central in East Jutland. By car or by bus it is not far to Aarhus and all its sights. In the opposite direction is Legoland and Lego House with lots of fun for the kids. Close to the house are Mrs Møller's farm shops, which are also worth a visit.

Velkommen til en moderniseret villa lige for familien. I er tæt på indkøb, natur, bager og meget andet. Der er nem adgang til midtbyen 30 minutter på gåben, eller med bil på kun 10 minutter. Der er små 200 m. til bussen. Huset ligger i et roligt område med skøn natur. I kan blandt andet gå til Klatreparken GoMonkey på 15 minutter, og der er legeplads i nærheden. I vil have huset for jer selv. Sengene er redt når I ankommer, og håndklæder ligger klar til jer. Ingen opladning af elbil.

Gammelt idyllisk bindingsværkshus med havudsigt, egen strandgrund, stille uforstyrret have, en hyggelig pavillon samt to brændeovne til de kølige perioder. Medbring sengetøj og håndklæder. Inklusiv rengøring, men grov-rengøring skal foretages. Tæt på skov og gode vandreruter eller mountainbikespor i Svanninge Bakker. God fornøjelse - nyd Dyreborg skov, strand og vand - der findes ikke et bedre sted på Sydfyn. Det er ikke tilladt at holde fester eller andre større arrangementer.

Charming old house with a hot tub in the garden.

We have tried to keep the old cosy feeling in this very old townhouse. The ground floor have a kitchen and livingroom together with a owen I the center. And the is also 1 bedroom and a bathroom at the ground floor. The 1. Floor have 2 children's room, a bathroom and a bedroom - from the bedroom you have a veiw to the kitchen. (you should experience this - it is not easy to decripe) The garden have a hot tup and a nice play ground.
