Refurbished 2nd floor apartment in an old building. Very well located, close to the Charruyer park to walk or run, the Place de Verdun for buses, 5 minutes' walk from the old city, the market, the Concurrence beach and the port. Charming apartment with a certain chic, functional and well equipped( dishwasher) to make good little dishes. It's very bright although fresh . Wifi. Great for two.
