It consists of . large living/dining room overlooking the balcony (southwest exposure) . separate kitchen equipped . large bedroom (queen size bed (160x200) and ensuite bathroom. Free secure parking in the basement of the residence (height limited to 2 m). TV and Wifi (Orange Fiber). On the courtyard on the 3rd floor (elevator) with open views, bright and quiet.
