A perfect location for those seeking to be in the heart of nature with a variety of outdoor activities & Cotswold Water Park. Onsite guests have access to the indoor pool, steam, gymnasium as well as the heated outdoor pool, fishing lake, bike trails, tennis courts, football pitch, kayaks, table tennis, soft-play & playgrounds. The Cottage has a private fishing peg/wild swimming spot.

This North Wing to West House has been made into a comfortable studio flat with kitchen and beautiful en-suite bathroom including roll top bath and walk in shower. There is a further Air BnB opposite and another beneath. Access is up a stairs. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking animals and more this is an unusual place to stay with plenty going on and choices of places to visit and things to do. Not suitable for children. Cafe closed for renovation.
