Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the center of the wine village of Bechtheim (1800 minutes), on a hardly busy neighboring road, you have the renovated farmhouse of a former winery all to yourself. The kitchen is our small museum, which can not only be looked at, but can also be used. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We don't have a TV! But there is a beautiful garden that can be used until 10:00 pm.

Room in a cozy farmhouse

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic courtyard ride. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard, the kitchen in the separate seminar house can be used with. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Since recently, we have a paid e-car charging station / wallbox in the courtyard.

Studio for a romantic weekend for two

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in the immediate vicinity of numerous restaurants, ostrich farms, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. A 2-minute walk away are the Rhine with wine barrel to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream shop, a stationery shop, a butcher's and an ATM from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

Gesindehaus

The former family chamber of the original farm was lovingly expanded by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment expanded into the gable exudes a very special charm. In the 100 sqm apartment there are two bedrooms with double beds, a baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.

In our historic Hofreite in Friedrichsdorf we have for guests a beautiful two-room apartment with about 50 square meters. The apartment has a fully equipped fitted kitchen in the living and dining room, a bedroom with double bed, a sofa bed with two beds and a large daylight bathroom with double vanity and large shower. There is also a private terrace with seating.
