Small cozy cottage / sep. outbuilding

It is a small, detached and cozy guest house with fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, living room with large couch and dining area incl. Netflix & Amazon Prime. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom with large double bed, a single bed and balcony. Since the turning staircase is openly constructed, the house is unsuitable for babies and crawling children due to this structural situation. The house is in the back location with parking right outside the front door.

Right next to the property, the 261 bus goes to the subway and then about 15 minutes to the harbor or Alster. A small shopping center with net and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl within walking distance in 8 minutes

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe Dyke! Our house and the detached guesthouse were built in 2021. The guesthouse is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., that have been designed and built in individual crafts and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a stylishly decorated ambiance, this is the place to be. The Elbe bike path and Elbe dyke are about 200 m from us.

Whether vacation (35 min. to the Baltic Sea) or city/ business trip (25 minutes by bus and train to HH Hbf), both can be done well from Rahlstedt. The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 motorways. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 min. by foot, please read the "guide to arrival" in the listing carefully), then 17 minutes by "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. Private, lockable parking is available.

Lovely room-quiet area- 25 minutes to city center

This area is in the outskirts of Hamburg. However the city center is only 25 minutes away. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. You can reach the bus within 4 minutes. The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.
