Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Kuana-Cottage

Our house is in a great location only a short walk to the town centre and the popular Arrow River. The location and position also attracts the sun all year round. The house has excellent indoor/outdoor living and is well equipped for your stay. There is also a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. It is very handy to the 4 Square Shop and at the end of the street there is a playground. For those wanting to exercise as there are a number of walking and biking tracks close by.

The house boasts Incredible lake and mountain views. Free parking. Aircon and electic heating with the option of a logburner if desired. Epic 75 inch smart TV for those rainy days. Beds can be configured to either Super King size or twin beds per room.

Recently renovated the house is comprised of three double en-suite bedrooms, large open plan kitchen with all new appliances and a butlers pantry, a large living/dining area upstairs and a separate adult media room. Downstairs you’ll find a large bunk room with a separate bathroom and additional separate toilet along with a kid’s media room.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. 750 m walk from lake and 10-15mins walk to town, very quiet, private, native garden, outdoor dining area. 2 toilets and really comfy place. Well equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating for winter throughout and good clothes drying for skiing. Linen is included. min 2 nights. There is fibre wifi and chromecast TV.
