A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high standard (approx. 90 sqm). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabin sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore clairaudient). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there is an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Experience Potsdam close to skin and yet surrounded by greenery. We are a quiet residential area right on the Ravensbergen mountains, which invites you beautifully to hikes and bike rides. The main train station and Potsdam center are about 3-5 km away and can be reached very well by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed, and more. The holiday home in Berlin was completely revised and redesigned in 2020 with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger within just seven months! In the approx.130 sqm, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope to have found a cozy and warm furnishing style with the renovations and that there is something for young and old!

Nature vacation right on the lake I

Very nice single apartment with separate entrance on a large 3-sided courtyard with garden directly on the lake in the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve, 70 km north of Berlin. The apartment has about 45 sqm, 2 beautiful, bright, separate rooms each with a double bed, a small shower room and a small kitchen in the entrance area. In our farm, there is another apartment and two holiday rooms.
