A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high standard (approx. 90 sqm). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabin sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore clairaudient). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there is an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Small vacation home (60 sqm) in Werder. Ideal for families and nature lovers. Quietly located on the edge of the field - just 500 m airline away from a forest lake with sandy beach. The swimming spots of Glindow, Petzow and Werder are accessible by bike. 8 km away is the Spargelhof Klaistow with petting zoo, playground, climbing park and wildlife sanctuary. Worthwhile excursion destinations are, among other things, the painter's village of Ferch or Caputh. In Werder you can rent a boat or raft or explore the Havel lakes by boat.

Experience Potsdam close to skin and yet surrounded by greenery. We are a quiet residential area right on the Ravensbergen mountains, which invites you beautifully to hikes and bike rides. The main train station and Potsdam center are about 3-5 km away and can be reached very well by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed, and more. Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.
