Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

Equipped with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower, a living room with equipped kitchenette. Sofa bed. The living room opens onto a terrace and a small private and fenced garden with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Also from the garden you can access the sea, which is only 50 steps away.

My place is located just 10 meters from the sea and close to the center of the village. You will appreciate my home for the quiet neighborhood and strategic location. It is ideal for couples and families, thanks to the proximity to the sea and the presence of shops and various places in the immediate vicinity. View on stunning bay with Roman remains below sea water and sandy beach. 2 minute walk from harbour, yet in a silent corner. Waves gently break on the beach at night. Scuba diving, walks and excellent food. The house can host 6 people, but we prefer 4. In any case if you are more than 4 please tell us : you will pay 10 euros for each extra person and we'll give towel and bed linen for them.

Newly built building, central area, well-finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, families with kids and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it before Covid 19, now all the more so.
