Walking/biking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops and night life in the city. Close to public transportation. *There are two medium (30lb), very sweet dogs on the property. Completely separate apartment. 10 years as a LEGAL Airbnb, legit not fake Permit (many aren't); and Super Hosts. Quiet, shaded courtyard sitting area. Quiet apt. No kids, pets, or smokers live here. Fast WIFI, full kitchen, HDTV, CATV, W/D. 2024 laminate; tile. Unusual perks: Well-lit, level, easy street parking. Quiet street. 15-20' to PDX 24/7. Walkable to SE Portland's best food, pubs, shops, etc.
